"Bostonians with a sense of history are likely to be familiar with abolitionist William Lloyd Garrison. Less commonly remembered, though no less significant to the movement, are Weymouth’s Weston sisters, who formed the Boston Female Anti-Slavery Society to rally for what members called 'the righteous cause.’'"
